Permenant bad odor in back foyer .
Staff were not helpful .
Reported badly stained mattress , no help just passed it off n said they had not got a replacement or another room
Tiles cracked in the bathroom .
Corridors narrow and dark .
Spoilt our vacation .
Would not stay there again .
