Les meilleurs restaurants en Saint-Georges-Des-Coteaux

26/04/2024: The Vieille Forge kitchen has seen excellent chefs pass through. We had lunch there, we dined there, it was delicious, friendly, classy and very fine, the room was crowded, the atmosphere was warm. That was before. Today, it has become a canteen and I think the canteen is better: paper napkins, plastic salt and pepper shakers and so on! The desserts are defrosted and tasteless, the fruit was still frozen!!!! The dishes are tasteless. Alone, the wine list is pleasant. The foie gras wasn't too bad, but it won't be enough. It’s probably “METRO”! I won't go back there again. Restaurateur is a job! It’s not ordering frozen products from a catalog and throwing them on a plate. This restaurant is for sale. I hope that a chef worthy of his name will restore the nobility of this once prestigious place!

07/04/2024: Very good cuisine, with meats from breeders, good vegetables, fresh from local market gardeners, reasonable prices, perfect welcome. It’s a shame that this renowned establishment has to close and is looking for a buyer.
