01/09/2026: My God! What did we do to deserve such an unpleasant welcome? The lady didn't smile, her tone was more than military, very disagreeable! You surprised my husband and me so much that we just looked at each other and laughed!
I know we're at a rest stop on the motorway, but we go to Paul's because we want Paul's!
We were served our cappuccinos in orangeade glasses! I checked carefully, there were plenty of large cups available... well, frankly, that's not a big deal, but I don't want to be harassed when we're taking a break on the motorway.
A gentleman came from the kitchen, all smiles and very friendly, a big hello.
You should switch jobs! If you don't know how to handle customers, you shouldn't be around them. The kitchen is fine!
In short: run away!
01/09/2026: We stopped on the highway because there was a Paul restaurant. What a mistake. The woman taking orders at the counter is awful to everyone. We watched her behavior with the few other people after us. She needs to be fired from the counter. Put her in the kitchen; she might be better (but that's not certain).

07/09/2024: This highway area should absolutely be avoided.
The tables are not cleaned and people parade on dirty tables, knowing that we arrived at 1:45 p.m.
The tables were wet outside and it was the customers who dried them to sit down.
What can we say about the toilets, a disaster. The smell is already noticeable from the coffee machines which are not cleaned (coffee deposit on the bottom filter and multitudes of other deposits).
Back to the toilet, the smell is even more pronounced upon entering. The empty soap dispensers with, for a bit of a laugh, a sign “against covid, wash your hands several times”.
Last shocking detail, in the shop there is a self-service bread basket. So zero points for food hygiene.
Beyond the negative observations, this message is intended for the operators of the area so that they can consider hiring a person who would take care of the cleanliness of the premises full time because there is a lot to do, because the salespeople have other missions .........

Qualité très médiocre j'ai été malade dans la nuit qui a suivi.
À fuir !!
25/09/2024: Service de qualité. Propreté irréprochable.
Je mets rarement des avis sur les resto et encore moins les fast-food, mais là chapeau.
Tout était tellement propre et rangé que je pensais que le resto fermait.
Personnel très poli et souriant. Bravo à cette équipe de ce soir.
