08/05/2024: Customers since the opening of the Palais d'Illzach...so already at least 10 years.
Today's change of ownership...disaster!
Arrival at 12:40 p.m. to an empty buffet. The dishes are not restocked. Three spring rolls fight a duel, no more potato gratin, no more beef in sauce, empty desserts, no more apple or banana fritters... Incredible, something never seen before with the former owners. The sleeping staff do not react!
And suddenly several customers are complaining. We are changing creameries.
