I had a wonderful time at this little Vietnamese restaurant. Don't let its unassuming exterior fool you, because the experience is truly worth it!
It's an authentic spot where the food is simply excellent, bursting with flavor and freshness. The prices are very reasonable for such quality, which is becoming increasingly rare.
The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You immediately feel at home.
I highly recommend La Gourmandise if you're looking for truly great Vietnamese food! I'll definitely be back.
20/12/2025: What a disappointment!! I ate there a few months ago and it was very good. It was based on that positive impression that I ordered takeout. Unfortunately, it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The dishes had no taste whatsoever, like they'd been defrosted. A shrimp bobun with no shrimp at all!! The chicken was clearly not fresh!! No attempt at compensation whatsoever! I hope this is just a one-off, but I won't be going back… Of all the Vietnamese restaurants I've tried, this is the first time I've been so disappointed… I hate to criticize restaurants, and I'm truly sorry, but it's unacceptable to serve this kind of food. You've already lost customers… €68 down the drain….

15/02/2026: I am unfortunately forced to leave a very negative review. I went to this restaurant on Thursday, February 12th at noon with a colleague. Noticing that they were out of chicken, I politely asked a waitress if it would be possible to refill it. She immediately responded in an aggressive tone. I remained calm and simply suggested that she could speak to us more calmly, but she refused to discuss the matter.
The situation then escalated: she snatched my bowl of rice from my hands and started yelling at us, ordering us to leave the restaurant: "Get out!" "Go away!" My colleague tried to explain the situation to another employee, who made no comment. The other customers present, like us, were shocked by the scene.
I find this behavior completely unacceptable and do not recommend this establishment. Being pregnant, I was particularly shocked to have been pushed around in this way. Fortunately, I managed to keep my cool, but such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
12/02/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant.
The waitress (or server) was extremely rude and unpleasant from the moment we arrived. She raised her voice, shouted at other customers, and behaved in an unacceptable manner.
The most shocking thing: she literally threw our food containers down and told us to "get out." This behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable in an establishment open to the public.
We simply came to enjoy a peaceful meal, and we left shocked by this gratuitous aggression. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Acceptable price. Warm welcome. There was a lot of choice, the food was good but sometimes a little lukewarm. This is the second time I've been to this restaurant, I wasn't disappointed, and my companions and I were satisfied.
