We order from the OWKS LEVALLOIS restaurant PRACTICALLY EVERY NOON
FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE RICE WITH THE DISHES
THEY ROYALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS THEY PRACTICALLY HANG UP ON ME THIS IS WHY MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO EAT NON-KOSHER

A bit small place but enough for around twenty people.
