23/03/2024: The food is okay, similar to other hot pot restaurants in Paris, except that the thickness of the beef and mutton cut by machine is not as thick as that of hand-cut meat. Fortunately, I ordered entrecôte, otherwise I might not be able to bite it after cooking it for a while. The indifferent attitude of the guy who ordered the food made me very uncomfortable. If I asked a few more questions about the choice of pot base, I would get very impatient. Just because of his attitude, no matter how delicious the food is, I won't patronize it.
11/03/2024: Although the ingredients and hot pot base are still incomparable with those in China, they are pretty good in Europe and the taste is pretty good. What I need to complain about is that the waiter upstairs made him feel uncomfortable. It was like he owed money. Checking the order, we found that there was an error in our order. It was originally added to us from another table. Does this waiter have no brains? The ventilation system upstairs is also very poor. I saw a young lady getting so hot that she used a fan to fan herself.

16/11/2023: This fondue restaurant is not bad in terms of the choice of food and in terms of its presentation. The broth served is tasty, the portions served are rather small. The service is great. The only downside is the choice of sauces, there are only a few. Those who are used to enjoying fondue with such a sauce and it is not present will be disappointed.
