We also have unseasoned soup and rice and “steamers” available. The dishes are generally good, we didn't like the spring rolls and samosas. The grilled Pekingese ravioli and the caramel chicken are very good. Dessert wise it's a disaster. Little choice, that's not the most important thing. Frozen desserts that have no flavor, the mini red fruit and vanilla éclairs are soft and foamy inside, the fondant on top is a piece of hard chocolate (?), the chocolate and coffee mousse have no taste , and the mini “mille-feuilles” are topped with “butter” cream. Not good at all. There are also mini floating islands and tiramisu glasses. Clementines and grapes. Only the macaroons and Chinese nougat are good. You will also find several varieties of ice cream. You can also order a la carte, wide variety of à la carte dishes. The negative points are the reception of female staff. They are angry, almost annoyed at being there, the lady (black bob hair) who removes the plates is curt and borderline aggressive. Your welcome really needs to be reviewed, and for business, a smile is essential. BIG negative point, the midges that fly above the buffet. There is an electric fly-killing machine on the wall but far from the hot buffet. If there are midges in the middle of winter in a restaurant, it is because the larvae are developing in the food in the kitchen. Big hygiene problem on that side.
