I was asked to call back the next day at 10:00 AM, and then again at 10:30 AM when I explained that I had already called without success. These repeated attempts did not yield a substantive response. I request that the food preparation and storage conditions be verified, particularly the procedures for transferring food from hot to cold. I also request that the temperature displays and storage instructions provided to customers be reviewed to determine if these dishes can be sold refrigerated under the conditions practiced by this establishment. This incident has had significant consequences for my health and my job. I want my complaint taken seriously to prevent any potential risks to other customers.
