24/01/2026: There were issues with the "unlimited" drinks (which weren't really unlimited, since they only came to refill them after we'd finished our burgers. We asked for more three times...). The six-decker burgers were dry and lacked sauce and cheese. I asked to change a dessert (not because I liked it) but for my own safety, as I could have choked. I'm allergic to nuts, so I asked to exchange a topping (Kinder Bueno for a KitKat), but they refused. Instead, they offered to share it with the other diners at my table... So I opted for a milkshake, and it arrived with hazelnut pieces as a topping! In short, a terrible evening; I wouldn't recommend it. Especially since the air was cold, then warm, then there was a nasty smell of gas, and finally, of course, cold again!
23/01/2026: A pleasant place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
The service is always friendly thanks to smiling and attentive staff.

16/08/2024: J’y suis juste allée pour acheter du pain car je connais le pain de cette franchise depuis plusieurs mois maintenant puisque j’allais avant à celle de buchelay dont j’étais ravie.
Leur pain était excellent, croustillant et il proposait 3 modes de cuisson différents pour ravir une large clientèle.
Au vieil Evreux le pain n’est pas croustillant et au bout de qq heures le pain ressemble à du pain acheté la veille.
Franchement très déçue je n’y retournerai pas, à moins qu’il y ait du changement de boulanger ou de formule dans la fabrication peut-être.
06/06/2024: Étant client régulier voir quotidien, j’ai été très déçu de l’accueil que j’ai eu et du comportement de la vendeuse du coup j’ai rien acheté et achèterai plus rien dans cet établissement.
