03/03/2024: Last night at Auberge De L'Andelle was a remarkable experience. The warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere and a charming setting set the scene for a memorable evening. The cuisine, a pure delight, brilliantly combines local flavors and creative touches, making each dish a discovery. The service was impeccable, both professional and attentive. And the selection of wines, perfectly matched, enhanced the meal. I highly recommend this inn for an exceptional culinary getaway. A true gem not to be missed!
