17/02/2026: As regulars, we decided to have lunch there for Valentine's Day. We were greeted with a smile by the staff. The service was impeccable and discreet, with attentive staff who always had a kind word and a touch of humor. The table was spotless, and we had a choice of a set menu (starter and main course, or two main courses and dessert, or starter, main course, and dessert) at very competitive prices. The cuisine was original, beautifully presented, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. They even gave us time to savor the meal before bringing our dishes and finishing our coffee! That day, the dining rooms were full of guests, but the organization was flawless. The staff and the owner were attentive and always listened to the customers with the utmost discretion. We had a wonderful time. Auberge du Halage is truly a place to eat, a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star. A must for food lovers: don't miss it!

21/01/2026: Shameful, one star is already a generous award.
The place is filthy and the owner smokes inside; I wouldn't want to see the kitchen... Asking for a receipt with the VAT included is incredibly complicated (apparently they don't have a cash register). The owner just throws you a piece of paper and says, "Figure it out yourself, I don't know how to calculate it." I could write a novel about it...
In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
