20/02/2026: I regularly use the Click & Collect service at the McDonald's in Lisieux, but the wait times for my order are often long.
Furthermore, sometimes items are missing or the order doesn't match what I ordered. A little tip: double-check your bag before leaving!
18/02/2026: Evening experience: After placing an order with this McDonald's at 9:45 PM (which constantly forgets and mixes up items), even though they're supposed to close at 10:30 PM, my delivery driver tells me at 10:40 PM that McDonald's won't be fulfilling my order because "they closed the kitchen early." Go to Burger King, it's better... and cheaper!!

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed
19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant.
I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier.
It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.

26/08/2024: 46th for 4 kebabs, top1 of the most expensive and worst of my life.
Fries not included and just cooked and sparse, overcooked meat, fatty etc.
Just disgusting (literally), I wouldn't have given it to the dog...
Next time we'll go straight to the restaurant 🤮
