29/07/2026: We came on Tuesday, July 28th.
The first order went smoothly.
My daughter placed another order for a drink before heading home.
20 minutes later, she asked a server where her order was. He replied, "It's coming."
Still nothing. We asked for another server, who asked for proof of the order.
My daughter showed him the receipt, and that's when we realized the waitress had forgotten to prepare our coconut water.
No apology for forgetting it, and to top it all off, the coconut water wasn't fresh at all. Especially since we had asked for ice cubes.
We wondered if they had given us a stale coconut water.
When you forget or make a mistake on an order, you should apologize.

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed
19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant.
I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier.
It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.
