15/09/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's. I am extremely disappointed and, above all, shocked by the staff's attitude. Half of my order was missing. When I pointed it out, they practically made me feel like a thief, as if I were trying to get back something I hadn't paid for! Eventually, the person realized my order had been set aside, found it, and gave it back to me with a smirk. This was a completely disrespectful and unacceptable attitude towards a customer. On top of that, the ordering process was utter chaos: no one seemed to know what they were doing, mistakes were made everywhere, the organization was a disaster, and the staff were completely lost. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. When you pay for an order, the least you can expect is to receive what you paid for and to be treated with respect. At that price, you might as well go to Urban Burger: it's cheaper, much better, and above all, the staff are respectful and professional. As for me, that McDonald's is over.
