17/06/2026: I just went today. The staff was quite friendly, especially at the drive-thru. The person taking orders was very pleasant, and their cheerful voice really made me want to come back and order again. However, I'm only giving it two stars because I was shocked to find a hair in my hot wing! It's clear I won't be returning. I couldn't add a photo to the comments, but I can certainly send one. EDIT: I tried again three years later. Honestly, the food is excellent, which is great. On the other hand, the staff has deteriorated significantly. It's more the owner who's downright awful. She owns seven restaurants and employs 250 people and uses terms like "master class." I could tell you many other things about her because she humiliates her employees by yelling at them and speaking very rudely in front of everyone, interviewing them at their tables in the restaurant. Seriously, what a disgrace! Isn't the manager able to tell her that what she's doing is very inappropriate? No matter what an employee does, there are some things that are simply unacceptable. I find her behavior more than deplorable and inexcusable.

17/06/2026: The service is excellent, everything is perfect. Some restaurants nourish the body, this one nourishes the soul as well. A timeless interlude, where each dish tells a story and leaves a lasting memory.
