02/07/2026: I find it unacceptable to be served 20 minutes after ordering and for everything to be cold and disgusting. Thank you very much. You've ruined my opinion of McDonald's, and I wanted to share it with you because I find it unacceptable. I recommend Burger King, which is served much faster and much better. I'm very disappointed with your performance, at least on this site. I hope your colleagues in Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle or La Chapelle Saint Mesmin are better.

02/07/2026: I waited 20 minutes for my order, and on top of that, the food was freezing cold. Plus, one of the employees told me it was busy even though it was 12:30 AM and there were barely 10 people in the McDonald's. I'm never coming back here!!! Please change your staff.
