I had planned ahead and had to leave Reims for a long journey without having eaten...
I was this close to resorting to McDonald's

12/02/2026: I just called Subway over an hour and ten minutes ago and still no order.
They said the delivery driver wasn't there. I asked if my order would be hot, and he said no.
I hope it will be hot. It's been over an hour and I had to call Subway. It's up to Subway staff to see that the order hasn't been picked up after more than an hour.
I should mention that I don't live outside of Reims, but only 5 minutes away from the delivery driver.
05/02/2026: Excellent service, the gentleman is very friendly. The opening hours allow us to go there after work.
