Such an attitude, marked by an unacceptable contempt for the public, is truly scandalous and utterly unworthy of the responsibilities inherent in managing an establishment open to the public. This establishment should be banned without the slightest hesitation, as the rudeness and inappropriateness of the observed behavior reach an unacceptable level.
