02/10/2026: A very disappointing experience tonight... The sandwich was cold, and there was no bread left... A 30cm sub made from two 15cm subs... which, unfortunately, didn't even meet Subway's standards, in my opinion. Vegetables... for one of the sandwiches, the selection was practically nonexistent, and the dessert was the same. Despite requesting extra vegetables instead, we were told no, not possible... they explained that at 8 pm, there were no more options. The welcome and service tonight were not up to standard. There was definitely a sense of unease at having nothing left to sell, or perhaps a lack of motivation... It's a shame, I went twice last week and my experience was excellent (there was nothing to complain about: hot sandwiches, a good selection, and a very pleasant welcome and service). It's not all bad, but today just wasn't the right day for the Subway at the train station... I can't give it one star because it's not my first time there, but I can't give it more after today's experience. I don't think I'll be going back to this Subway; I'll go to one of the others in Rouen.
