11/03/2026: My partner and I came for a hot drink (a café crème and a hot chocolate) and a waffle around 5:40 pm on Saturday, March 7th. We liked the place, and the atmosphere was rugby-themed 🏉 with the Italy-England match being shown in the neighboring café. We placed our order and To our astonishment, the waiter told us that the hot drinks were sold out!!! We asked him why??? He told us that the coffee machine ☕️ was clean and that the person who cleaned it was too busy and also had to serve customers!!! Who weren't very many!!! When I told him that I also work in the restaurant industry, I've been a head waiter at Au Pied de Cochon 🐷 in Paris for 30 years (75001), and that in 45 years in the business (I'm 61 years old), I've never heard anything like it!!! I can understand someone saying: We've stopped serving lemonade; now it's just food. But why refuse to sell hot drinks??? Because we ordered two beers 🍺 🍺 and the price is higher than for hot drinks??? Here too, the coffee machines ☕️ are cleaned twice a day, and as soon as they're finished (5 to 10 minutes maximum), we can use them again. That's the whole point!!! You shouldn't employ people who don't like their job, just for the sake of profit!!! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. Run, run, run, run!!!

10/12/2025: A late lunch, yet still open, and a wonderful welcome. The meal, from the main course (fish and gnocchi) to the dessert (chocolate fondant and tarte tatin), was excellent. They were incredibly kind, agreeing to put a candle on a fondant at the last minute for my daughter's 20th birthday. A huge thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed it!
