25/03/2026: The food is okay; the menu features French classics. I ordered a steak listed as 250g, but it seemed quite large and more like the 180g from the set menu. The salad bar is more like a cafeteria, so I wouldn't recommend it. The interior is rather charmless, but outside you can sit by the canal, watch the boats go by, and observe the other patrons.

07/12/2025: Ordered pizza, quiches, focaccia, and cake for a birthday. The mille-feuille was awful. There was practically no icing on it, not even a clear one, and the puff pastry was overcooked. I was ashamed to serve that cake to 14 people. This is the second time we've been unhappy.

06/07/2026: We regularly order from the McDonald's in Beaucaire, but several times now our order has been incomplete. Most of the time, we only realize it once we get home, forcing us to call or leave without. What's most disappointing is that each time we complain, there's no compensation or real solution offered. Mistakes happen, but when they occur so frequently, it becomes truly frustrating. We hope that more attention will be paid to order preparation to prevent this situation from happening again.

05/07/2026: Drive-thru ordering kiosks out of order Manager unable to make a decision and told me to leave after a 30-minute wait with no solution once I got to the payment kiosk This isn't a rookie mistake; I've seen this person at McDonald's for years… zero customer service.

19/06/2026: This company, operating on a production-by-production basis (with minimal customer service), has become convinced of its own success and believes it no longer needs to make any effort: the bread is increasingly sloppy, heavy, and doesn't last two hours without becoming the same board you cut it on. The tarts are fruit roughly thrown onto a deliciously soggy pastry base, devoid of any flavoring. Special mention goes to the apricot tart, which comes with an extra layer of fuzz and fruit flies. 17/11/2025: Absolutely avoid this place. The room was filthy. There were remnants of previous guests in the shower. The bedding was disgusting, covered in stains, with no mattress protector, and to top it all off, there were dead insects between the mattress and the box spring. And that's not all. The owner strung me along for a month, saying she would reimburse me, but I haven't received anything yet.
