22/05/2024: knowing the establishment, a little disappointed with my visit for 2 reasons:
- service a little long with a bill that included double what we had ordered
- above all, a menu which is very high in protein (cold meats +++) which will probably satisfy the hungry hiker, but which could fit the spirit of the times and environmental aspirations a little more by offering a few vegetarian dishes. I nevertheless maintain a positive opinion but I would like it to evolve in this direction.
21/05/2024: Very welcoming staff, excellent meal, good value for money. I highly recommend.

14/06/2024: Contrary to the reviews I saw, I was very disappointed with the service and the cuisine. As a coq au vin we were served a cockerel and grilled pasta. I think there was nothing fresh in what we ate, only reheated products.
I don't think the chef was a professional.
13/05/2024: My second time at this hotel. Very nice home. The owners are great. Very clean rooms. Excellent and very generous cuisine. Local and garden products. Very reasonable price. To book. Contact the owner directly. Lower prices than booking platforms.

27/11/2023: A very good memory from several years ago
25/08/2023: Came to visit the park and go horseback riding among the bison, I ate in this restaurant and everything was perfect.
I had a bison steak which came with house fries, salad and ratatouille. Everything was good.
Super happy because in just one dish I had my 5 fruits and vegetables per day, well yes ratatouille/salad 😂
Finally, the staff was very pleasant with fast and efficient service.
