The prawns and rice did not seem to be cooked properly, and the dish was not enjoyable. What concerned me even more was that when I placed my order at the cashier, I overheard the staff asking the chef how to prepare a prawn biryani, and the cashier mentioned that it should be made similar to a mutton biryani. This gave me the impression that there may be a lack of proper knowledge or consistency in preparing this dish. As customers, we pay good money for the food we order, and we expect it to be prepared correctly and served at an acceptable standard. You are not providing the food for free; we are paying for quality and service.
