09/03/2026: Fantastic experience at La Plancha! The focaccias were simply delicious: generously topped, bursting with flavor, and with a truly excellent dough. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and everything is made with care.
The manager's welcome is particularly warm; you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The server was also lovely, very attentive and smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere is friendly, and you can feel the genuine passion behind this place. I had a wonderful time and will gladly return.
I highly recommend it!
09/03/2026: I dined at this restaurant with a group of eight. The service and welcome were quick and friendly. The cocktails were delicious, and the rib-eye steak was tender and a good size. The sea bream fillet was also incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant and its staff. Plus, the view is superb!

02/11/2025: The dishes are quite simple but excellent value for money. The sweetbreads are delicious, it's a shame they're served with fries; rice would be better.
The service is smooth and charming. When you book, request a table in the lounge; it will be quieter.

14/02/2026: Booked for Valentine's Day!!! Arrived on site.... 15 minutes before seeing anyone to seat us, a choice of menu but no à la carte options, which is a shame, it should have been specified when booking... The atmosphere, well, worse than a funeral, all the customers were frowning, no ambiance, and cold. A 15-minute wait to find out if we wanted a cocktail, and again, no choice, imposed on us. Our neighbors at the next table, who were already there, only received their aperitifs and were waiting for their starters. The waiter sent out pasta and didn't know where it was going, so we left. Anyway, the waiter told us it wasn't offended that we left, and all the other customers looked at us with strange smiles... .. What a shame, we came in August and were extremely happy, but now we're extremely disappointed.... If I could, I would have given less than one star.... In short, I won't be going back anytime soon

15/11/2025: We come to Les Paillottes every time we're in Coutainville for the weekend with the team. We always have a great time, whether it's for a coffee on the terrace or a beer upstairs. We were there last night to watch the rugby match. We're always warmly welcomed by the staff (smiles, humor, and discretion when needed). Thank you, don't change a thing!

01/09/2024: Great meal. Pleasantly surprised that the waitress asked the next table if they wanted doggy bags. Normally we are rather embarrassed to ask but here it is directly offered. Very friendly welcome and service. And most importantly, the food is excellent and of very good quality. And the must, the chocolate mousse to die for! Thanks for the evening
