15/07/2026: Very good pizza, fast and efficient service

15/07/2026: I placed an order yesterday with a 15-minute delivery timeframe (I paid for expedited delivery on Uber). From 15 minutes, it went to 30, then 40, then 1 hour, then 1 hour and 15 minutes. In the meantime, I called the kiosk, and they told me, "I'm not the only one, I'm running late. I take 1 minute per pizza, I can't go any faster!!!" They added, "Uber doesn't take into account my direct orders to the kiosk! So, I'm warning you, I have to reschedule your order again." To which I replied that it wasn't my problem, but that if, as a professional, you use this ordering platform, it's important to respect the delivery times. They told me, "Well, cancel the order if you don't like it!" I must admit I'm a bit perplexed by their response, which lacked an apology and their rather disrespectful tone. To top it all off, after the delivery time had passed, my order was canceled by Uber themselves! The result was a complete lack of respect and professionalism. I'll definitely never go there again.

01/07/2026: The price-quality ratio is reasonable. Perhaps the menu could use a bit more variety; it's been the same for several years, and a change every three or six months would be nice. The all-you-can-eat concept is excellent. One request: offer a faster lunchtime service. This would encourage more frequent visits.
