The staff chatted constantly, which inevitably lengthened the wait (even in a half-empty restaurant!). Whether it's for ordering or being served, you really shouldn't be in a hurry.
Another point: My requested rare steak was served overcooked!
In short, I definitely do not recommend this restaurant... Buffalo Grill in other cities is much better.
Conclusion: avoid Saint Memmie at all costs...
08/09/2026: Enthusiastic staff, that’s not the problem.
My sirloin steak was tough and bland. The chicken and sausage with the mixed grill were lukewarm/cold.
The fries weren't warm either. Too bad, we had a much better experience in Perpignan. But the service was good.

13/08/2026: Very good. Even better, the breakfast at €1.95 includes a pain au chocolat and coffee. There's also an offer at €3.00 with an additional 33cl of fruit juice.
08/08/2026: As a regular user of the Too Good To Go app to avoid food waste, and a frequent customer of this store in Valence, the saleswoman, very self-assured and particularly haughty, refused to give me the mixed basket I had ordered through the app without any real explanation, hiding behind Too Good To Go. I took the basket while I was shopping before heading back 40 km away. She offered no alternative.
In short, even though this chain is usually very good, this particular store is one to avoid. I remain available to this establishment for any further explanation. Outrageous!!!
