20/12/2025: An absolutely remarkable couscous, which was a unanimous hit at our company lunch for ten people. From the very first bite, you could taste the expertise and generosity of the establishment. The semolina was light and perfectly prepared, the meats tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the sauce… simply exceptional: rich, fragrant, balanced, with a deep and delicate broth that enhanced each ingredient. The pastries provided a magnificent finale to the meal: refined, delicate, not too sweet, and of exceptional quality, they demonstrated a true attention to detail and a commitment to excellence right down to dessert.
