Evasion
Frejus
25/08/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I reserved a table for eight people, including three children.
The two waitresses who served us were excellent, and the service was quick, but unfortunately, the food wasn't.
I wasn't the only one at our table who complained; all eight of us, and even the people seated next to us, shared the same complaint.
Frankly, it's not what it used to be. They need to rethink the kitchen, or the chef, or both.
I mentioned it to the waitress, but still... Very disappointed!
24/08/2026: The location and the interior of the bar is beautiful, however is overshadowed by the rude, unprofessional and uncoordinated service and the overpriced drinks. No view is worth this service. Save your money and go somewhere else…

A la marée
Frejus
05/10/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant because the service was too fast, my dish was very greasy, and the portions were very small.
30/09/2026: A very warm welcome: the staff were helpful and professional.
The "broths" menu offers a variety of very tempting combinations at a very reasonable price.
The portions are generous and delicious!
It was a very pleasant surprise.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing.
We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken.
The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person.
This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment.
The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.
14/02/2026: It's closed, just like it was two weeks ago...
