The waiter, Charles, is lovely, attentive, and conscientious.
Indigo has been serving good Mexican food for a good 30 years.
The meat is cooked perfectly, seasoned, and flavorful.
Of course, the corn isn't grown in the field behind the restaurant, lol.
Beautiful place.
