05/08/2023: I give 2 stars for one thing only; the courage and kindness of the person who served me this evening, a very pleasant young man, hoping that he finds a place worthy of his service for the future... At the very beginning during the opening (2015/2016 if I remember correctly) living at Place Roger Salengro at the time I took pleasure in coming from time, where I used to have a "salad plate" which was well stocked with beautiful raw vegetables, basmati rice, guacamole, red beans, potatoes, cheddar etc.... What was my surprise when I returned there a couple of years later... Clearly a shame in every way. No longer offers salad plates under the pretext of unfriendly packaging, all the other brands have solutions but not you?... No longer offers potatoes, no jalapeño peppers and guacamole today (although the basis of the Mexican cuisine?) in short... But in this case it would be a question of adapting your POS in restaurant, everything that is no longer on the menu or not available is indicated on the wall and on the menus... The worst part of my experience this evening will be the tasting 🤣 laughing? cry about it? I don't even know, I just hope I don't get sick. Products of really unappealing quality (to be 100% honest I wouldn't be surprised if the raw materials were purchased from a hard discounter... It would have clearly said the rice in bags that we put on the microphone for 2 minutes - waves, red beans when serving cans perhaps you should drain and rinse your products so that you do not notice with the naked eye that the can has just been opened and emptied into your gastro containers). I don't expect an objective response from the manager who knows very well what he is serving. I just find it very unfortunate for the image of the franchise (sector managers should not come by often in my opinion...) and have difficulty understanding how this business manages to hold up over time. I advise future consumers not to be fooled by their laziness like me, and if this is the case, I will recommend the franchise brewery located on the opposite corner (at least the hygiene and traceability of the products is present there ) you will pay 4-6€ more but you will eat something worthwhile and even why not Mexican depending on the menu of the moment.
