As for the welcome....!!!
Kindness and stress management are learned through appropriate training when they are not natural.
26/12/2023: Christmas Eve, order black bread and baguettes. Uncooked black bread and soft baguettes and without the expected taste. To make matters worse, a welcome far from hospitable. A bakery to avoid.
