I really appreciated the service, the quality of the food, and the honesty of the owners who found a piece of jewelry (a ring) that's dear to me and that I'd left in the restroom after washing my hands. Regarding the menu, it was clearly stated to you when you placed your order that some starters were no longer available. We always strive to inform our customers transparently. As for the pasta carbonara, the dishes were served hot and fresh from the kitchen. If this was not to your liking, you should have let us know immediately: we would, of course, have responded promptly. Regarding the time of your reservation, we welcomed you at the end of service and never refused to serve you. This was in no way a complaint, but simply an organizational constraint. Finally, no compensation was offered since it was not accepted by you.
