10/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my order. The dough was dry, the toppings were so sparse that you couldn't even tell the four different pizzas apart, and one of them was missing an ingredient. I paid an extra €3 per pizza for the next size up, but I think they just spread the dough out a little more without adding any extra toppings. And of course, the order arrived barely lukewarm. I won't be ordering from them again.

04/04/2026: Approximately 10 minutes before closing time. The pizza I received was clearly unacceptable: it appeared to have been spilled in the box, completely disturbed, and in poor condition. In addition, there was a long hair and other visible dirt, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I have photos to prove it. If the delivery time was too short to ensure proper delivery, it would have been better to refuse the order rather than send a product in this condition. As it stands, I couldn't even eat my order, nor was I able to order elsewhere since your establishment was already closed when I received it. This type of situation is unacceptable.
