They gave me no explanation, which I find unacceptable. It's incompetent staff to make three pizzas when their competitor in the same city makes them in 15 minutes…

20/05/2026: The pizza was very good, but this is the second time we've ordered. I don't know if we're the only ones who've had this problem and are just unlucky, but the first time, we ordered several pizzas, including one vegetarian, and instead we received a Regina. We had to go back and get it because my partner doesn't eat meat! (What a waste of time!) The second time we ordered tonight, we got two children's menus with a tomato sauce base, and we received two with a cream base (my daughters don't like it). I haven't felt like going back yet (we live 10 minutes away). It's really not very professional!
