16/07/2026: I've been ordering for years, and I've seen the quality gradually decline. A few mistakes, or sometimes overcooked pizzas… The last straw was tonight. We ordered at 9:39 PM (orders close at 10 PM) on Uber Eats, the order went through, and 10 minutes later, it was canceled. Sure, it was late, but why let us order only to then refuse? To top it all off, it blocked our meal voucher card, which kept registering that we'd reached our €25 daily limit. So we couldn't order anything for the evening! Block your Uber Eats account beforehand if you plan to close early to avoid unpleasant surprises for long-time customers.
