15/01/2026: Nothing to complain about, good pizza and excellent service

12/01/2026: We had two pizzas on Sunday evening, tomato and veggie, super good and very friendly service!

20/01/2026: A sure bet, never disappointed and a great welcome.

19/12/2025: Order placed this evening: 3 delicious pizzas as usual. With our child, the delivery time was a bit late… and I called late too, so it was a perfectly normal situation. 5 minutes later, they called me back with a solution to accommodate me 🙏 Result: my son ate his pizza 😄 and the order was delivered in record time!! What can I say except thank you so much ❤️ I highly recommend them: very good pizzas, fast delivery, and above all, genuine customer service. Thank you again!

02/12/2025: Very nice restaurant, a bit noisy at 12pm.

28/11/2025: We had reserved a table for four at 12:45 PM. We arrived on time and were "greeted" by the manager (without a word, without a smile). We told him we had a reservation, he looked at his reservation book (still without a word), and after a few minutes he muttered: "There are no seats, you'll have to wait." And he left, never to return (we weren't the only ones waiting...). Luckily, a waitress came to see us once a table became available and seated us. The staff was welcoming and efficient, considering the number of diners. The problem? The manager! Throughout the service, he wandered around the restaurant without clearing tables, speaking to customers, or helping the servers. He was just going through the motions, without any concern for the customers or his team. When it was time to pay, he asked customers to point to their table (always without any polite greeting or question about customer satisfaction), except the restaurant was packed, and pointing to a table would have created misunderstandings. Having worked in the restaurant industry, this is the first time I've ever seen a manager so rude, unmotivated, and nonchalant. My thoughts are with the staff who have to work in these conditions.

16/01/2026: We 100% recommend this restaurant, why? Authenticity, simplicity, fresh ingredients, real people. Delicious pizzas. Even though the price is a bit high, this restaurant is worth it and we recommend it. A little tip that made us laugh: A monthly Spotify subscription costs €20 and avoids ads. 15/01/2026: A very mixed experience, to say the least. The pizzas were quite sparsely topped for €19… The service was appalling and we were over 30 minutes late… and to top it all off, it was cash only for 10 pizzas…

18/01/2026: Excellent experience at Pizzeria La Vetrata! Perfect service from start to finish: a warm welcome, fast and attentive service. Delicious main course, a decadent dessert, and impeccable coffee to finish. A place where you feel comfortable and eat very well. I highly recommend it!
