21/09/2026: I really enjoyed the starters. The main course was average: not much flavor and too much sauce. The desserts were so-so: the pizza crust was completely dry – a shame. The flan was good but still frozen in the center – also a shame. The staff was friendly. I went back a second time. The charcuterie board was good and plentiful. The main courses were good. The flan was good.

10/09/2026: Cashier—probably the owner—AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Long wait and impossible to use our loyalty coupon, REALLY UNCUSTOMER-FRIENDLY, especially since the bill was high! We won't be back. It's a shame because the food is good and the waitresses are much friendlier than the management.

13/07/2026: We were in Le Freney for two days and were looking for a nice, family-friendly restaurant where we could eat something fresh on a summer evening… on a Monday night, no less! "Côté Terrasse" ticked all the boxes! There was something for everyone: the children ate excellent burgers (thank you for agreeing to remove the bacon! The owner offered to add onion confit instead… a really nice touch). For the adults, there were delicious platters available… grilled hallumi, zucchini blossom fritters, focaccia, salad, homemade tzatziki… all presented beautifully on a slate! The manager is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The place is charming, and we even saw two chamois on the hillside: the icing on the cake! 🍰 Thank you and all the best! Elodie and her family
