The squids and small peppers were excellent, and very well accompanied by the small dry white in a pitcher 😛

14/09/2023: Au dessus de Bagnères de Bigorre, trois petits ruisseaux nommés Adour, celui du Tourmalet (Gripp), la source officielle, ceux de Payolle & Lesponne vont s'unir ensuite avec d'autres affluents pour grossir ce fleuve qui finira sa course dans l'Atlantique à Tarnos/Anglet près de Bayonne...J'ai commencé à le suivre en randonnée pédestre depuis le célèbre Col du Tourmalet...

04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, hello from all the staff, so I remember. My pizza is a little bland (oriental), hence 1* less but you have to remember the address!
25/03/2024: Second time my pizza is ultra dry! Zero sauce, zero cheese, one millimeter thick, arrived cold too! All for 20€!
It is shameful...
When we have friends at home for a pizza evening and we receive a pizza in this condition (twice in addition! because I thought the first time it was a mistake on your part) well the evening and wasted and offer a pizza another day and without interest!
There is a minimum though when you make a pizza you can clearly see that you send a customer an ultra dry piece of dough with nothing on it!
Try to make the pizzas you would like to receive.....

A wide range of pizzas made from local and regional products; it really smells of the terroir..... "Yes, yes" such menus still exist!
The menu also offers desserts and other taste delights (beers, cocktails, etc.)
Only pleasure for unbeatable value for money
An establishment where you simply feel good, the welcome from the manager is top notch, the decoration is both simple but sophisticated and refined; hygiene is at the rendezvous
In conclusion: a couple of young restaurateurs who frankly deserve to succeed

05/04/2024: 3 pizzas bought this evening, 2 supposedly 4 cheeses, we wonder where the cheese was, it was more like margueritas, pizza with tomato paste, mozzarella period... the Pierrot is a tasteless goat's cheese! Plus a few months ago we had a salmon pizza, it was clearly a salt shaker! A little mozzarella 2 slices of smoked salmon which had cooked so I'll let you guess the results! Big rant, fed up of paying to eat quality food of this level clearly! Or avoid pizza! In addition, a welcome to be seen again, frankly to be avoided... For the locals, go to Léon, it's something else.. This is the first time that I have left a negative opinion concerning an establishment.. I put one star for the dough which is not bad but which lacked cooking on the crust..I'm not a pizza maker but honestly I do better, advice sell fries it's better and less shameful and it will surely be more successful!
