30/03/2026: I'm shocked to discover the decline of the restaurant industry. It's a real profession, gentlemen; hygiene, discretion... When a dish is ready, you send it out, otherwise it's cold. When you take orders with a salesperson, you don't leave the coffees sitting on the corner of the counter. In short, here the customer is not king.
