02/04/2024: The service was good, the staff is really nice however I had pasta zuca and it really wasn't great. The pasta was all sticky and not very tasty, however my husband had the dish of the day and he liked it.
01/04/2024: Second visit with family to this restaurant and still just as good, really an address that I recommend in Nancy

The waitress does not manage her customers and had forgotten us... She prefers to talk with her friend at the bar rather than take care of customers or clean the tables.
The toilets are really not clean.
Prepare to have your soles stick when you get out.
the waiter does not wash his hands after leaving the toilet at the same time there is no soap...
The meal remains hearty and classic.
I strongly recommend other bars even if it is well located.

27/03/2024: For a cafeteria, the food is good and the staff is friendly.
21/03/2024: Wanting to buy something to eat, we went to the cash register which… was closed. We then head towards the other checkout…also closed. However, behind the counter are at least ten employees who, instead of telling us where we could order, or even saying hello, are chatting among themselves as if we were not there.
I want the work atmosphere to be relaxed but I don't really appreciate being ignored.
Make sure you hire qualified people.
So I left without taking anything, and without hearing from them again.

The server is very special, lacks professionalism bordering on disrespect. We take a little too much for his friends. He gave us humor that could have been taken very badly by other people. He offered a slice of apple pie which we accepted. We were far from imagining that we would pay 10€ for a tiny piece.
Another server gave us napkins to dry off and the special server came to collect the napkins from our table, telling us that we need to save money.
After cashing us out, he came back to our table 10 minutes later, staring at us, we were very embarrassed and ended up wondering if we had already been cashed out..
10/03/2024: Deplorable service... the boss shouts at the employees throughout the restaurant let's not forget that we are not in the kitchen! The map... what can I say... a poor piece of cardboard with a loose sheet wandering around inside on which you won't even find a quarter of what is presented to you on the one outside! Totally discredits the place which is very beautiful, it's a shame not to honor it... The tomato sauce of the pasta, filled with water... they throw the bread and parmesan at us like that in a mess on the table, no question about whether the meal went well... just a goodbye, finally. I don't recommend this place at all

23/03/2024: Between buying a sandwich or eating in a small restaurant, my choice fell on this restaurant and no regrets. I ordered a 1/2 pizza and salad dish for €10, it was more than enough for me, plus I enjoyed it.
09/03/2024: Good pizza but I won't go anymore! Deplorable reception from the manager when his wife who generally takes care of it is busy. Respect for the customer apparently he doesn't know this gentleman

29/03/2024: We had a smartbox to use when passing through the Nancy area (meal for 2) we chose Iloa just so as not to have to deal with parking problems! Well we don't regret this choice: super good and super pleasant.

04/03/2024: The quality has dropped a lot, the prices have increased a lot and the promotions are no longer promotions. Example: Mad Thursdays and DIY pizzas.
20/02/2024: The delivery man Otman brought me the order which I carried out with all his smile and professionalism. The pizzas were delivered on time and still steaming!!
Otman was very kind to deliver dinner to my apartment door without forcing me to move, great service!
