07/03/2026: Honestly, these are just emergency pizzas, they have no taste, especially the ones with crème fraîche – they're the worst. The crème fraîche isn't even cooked, there's no flavor at all. This is the second time I've eaten there, it's awful.

03/04/2026: I came to this restaurant for lunch and received a warm welcome. The staff were friendly, no complaints there.
However, I was very disappointed by the quality of my meal. I ordered a Milanese veal cutlet for €21. Not being a pasta lover, I asked for fries instead. Unfortunately, they seemed to be mass-produced and dehydrated, far from being fresh fries… Furthermore, the portion size was really insufficient.
It clearly feels like the focus is on profitability rather than generous portions. A shame.
I also skipped dessert when I saw the prices (between €8 and €12), which were almost the same as some of the other dishes.
In short, a disappointing experience. I won't be going back.
17/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! You order one pizza, they bring you another, and the waitress insists it's your fault! The food is mediocre from start to finish; I've never eaten such a bad tiramisu, even the bread is stale! First and last time...

16/04/2026: The welcome is pleasant and the staff are quite friendly. However, it's important to remember that it's a chain… the pizza will never be up to the standard of a real pizzaiolo, but that's not surprising. That said, the pizzas are still decent overall. I do find the prices a bit high for what they are, unless you take advantage of promotions like "Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays," where it becomes worthwhile.
14/04/2026: Really disappointed. As a loyal customer for years, today, April 14th, I asked for an extra packet of hot sauce. Usually, they give it without question... But the guy asked me for 30 cents and spoke to me like the pizzeria boss! Domino's, for €0.30 you've lost several customers (I'm going to tell everyone so they stay away from this Domino's). Goodbye!

15/03/2026: I wish to report a problem with the delivery of my order of 6 pizzas.
When the delivery driver arrived, he did not contact us so we could come down to collect the order. Instead, he left the pizzas outside, at the bottom of the stairs, in the building next door.
I consider this situation unacceptable. The order should have been handed directly to the customer, or at the very least, the driver should have contacted us upon arrival so we could collect it. Leaving the order without notifying us, and in a different building no less, is not the expected level of service.
12/02/2026: Over an hour's wait for cold pizzas and a mistake with the sauce I ordered, which was an extra charge. I will never order from them again.

This is my last order.
13/02/2026: Absolutely terrible!! We ordered a pizza with a barbecue sauce base and it wasn't delivered. Furthermore, the card machine was malfunctioning; it took 15 minutes to work. As a result, our food had gone cold. And on top of that, the menu requires halal options, meaning others can't eat pork or drink beer. So your restaurants cater to one group of people and not others; it's discrimination. We've been customers for years, and I can tell you that you're going to lose a lot of them, but apparently, that's your strategy...

05/12/2023: Encore une mauvaise expérience avec ce Domino's. Habituellement nous nous contentons de manger nos pizzas froides mais ce soir c'est la goutte de trop. Je vous passe la 10n de fois où les pizzas n'étaient pas prêtes à temps (15 à 20min d'attente sur place)... Ce soir je passe une commande que je demande à mon mari d'aller récupérer après son travail. Après m'être rendu compte que j'avais commander pour 21h45 au lieu de 20h45, j'appelle le "restaurant" pour indiquer mon erreur et savoir si la préparation peut se faire 1h plus tôt. Le jeune homme que j'ai au bout du fil me répond que oui. 20h45: mon mari m'appelle et me dit que notre commande ne sera pas prête avant 1h. Je rappelle Domino's, leur dis que je ne comprends pas pourquoi on m'a dit que la modification était possible pour ne pas l'appliquer ensuite. Le jeune homme m'explique avoir appelé sa cheffe qui lui aurait dit que ce n'était pas possible... Non seulement je dois réclamer mon remboursement (10min d'attente de plus pour mon mari) mais en plus personne ne comptait me rappeler pour m'informer qu'il était impossible de préparer et mettre au four 2 pizzas à l'avance.... Incompétence totale et 0 respect du client. N'oubliez pas que sans client il n'y a pas de salaire versé et je ne parle pas de ces jeunes qui sont certainement payés au lance pierre. Sachez en tout cas que vous venez de perdre 2 clients, jusque là réguliers, simplement parce que nous habitons à côté. A l'avenir nous marcherons un peu plus et nos estomacs nous en remercieront.
