05/04/2024: I came at 9:05 p.m. and no one came to see me to ask if we wanted a table... I introduce myself, and I am placed on a table in front of the cooks. After 25 minutes: no one comes to see me, and everyone walks past me, the waiters don't even count me... I left again and lost 30 minutes of time. When leaving, a couple had also been waiting for more than 10 minutes, they also left, explaining the case to them... However there weren't many people there. Never seen

05/04/2024: Delighted to be back at del arte with my mother. The waitress and also Manager is friendly and helpful. Fast service and the pizzas are good. The “ancestral” waitress has still been there for over 20 years and has not changed. Looking forward to coming back.

16/03/2024: This is the last time I order from them. The multiple times I ordered my pizzas with ice cream for dessert, they always forgot. This time, I wait 40 minutes to receive my ice cream because the delivery man tells me that they forgot to put the ice cream in it. 40 minutes for ice cream?? I called the place a third time to ask for a refund for the ice cream if the delivery person took more than 20 minutes to give me my ice cream and the employee replied "we'll see". This is not an answer to give to a customer knowing that I waited 1 hour to complete my order. A skill that unfortunately does not reach the minimum. I prefer to spend my money in 5 star restaurants that know how to provide service.

The pan dough/thick dough was neither dense nor tasty, it was dry and light in the sense of honeycombed, it did not have at all that good taste of bread dough/pizza dough and what's more, it was full of oil… there was so much that it was even visible… indigestible… and the filling was the same, very disappointing, neither tasty, nor tasty, and overcooked….
