24/03/2024: The cinema room is to be avoided its far too much Strong and very cold welcome On the other hand, I recommend the restaurant 3 stars for it and 1 star for the cinema

23/03/2024: Sad, outdated casino, forced to wait for an attendant to change machines... If you want to have a good time go your way, the machines are antiques, nothing happens....

09/03/2024: Very friendly staff but deserves 1 star no more... No fiber, old bathroom, no internet and TV during snowfall End of life for this hotel which will be replaced by apartments

08/03/2024: A hotel with a mountain atmosphere, very friendly and pleasant service. The only downside is the somewhat dated but spacious rooms. We went during high season so the price per room was high too.

09/03/2024: Arrived at 7 p.m. served at 8:30 p.m., server not great Fondue arrived 10 minutes before the accompaniments so it was hard The only positive point is the food which is good

08/03/2024: Arrived at 7 p.m. served at 8:15 p.m.... A catastrophic organization... Fondue which was not the other one... we exchanged it with a fondue already served to someone else. A tiraminsu not at all balanced, only foam and very few biscuits and not fresh. The waitress when paying no verbal exchange like "how was it?" This proves that they are aware and since we are vacationers they clearly don't care....
