11/09/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. I ordered a pizza by phone and arrived less than three minutes later to pick it up. However, the pizza was already prepared… and, more importantly, cold. I simply asked why it was cold, and I was told, in a mocking tone, that "the boxes were next to the refrigerator." I find this response completely unacceptable and disrespectful to a customer. I used to be a loyal customer of this pizzeria, but after this experience and the lack of consideration, I will not be returning. It's a shame to lose a regular customer over such an easily avoidable situation.
