Beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that immediately slows the pace of the evening. You settle in and instantly feel somewhere special. The menu feels almost like a symphony: every dish arriving at the right moment, perfectly paced, balanced in proportion, and full of flavor without ever becoming too much. Everything feels intentional. The cocktails are excellent, refined without trying too hard, and the service strikes that rare balance between warm, attentive, and effortless. 30/12/2025: Passing through Barcarès, we had lunch at La Cuisine des Filles; a wonderful experience. The welcome was incredibly warm and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert ☺️ We will gladly return.
