11/05/2026: Went there last night. Full of flies. Had to leave after 10 mins. Fed back to the owner who did not seem interested. We have been here before and the experience has never been so bad. I wonder if here has been a management change? Wouldn’t recommend!!

27/06/2026: We had a wonderful meal, and the owners/operators were fantastic. We tried three different dishes and three different desserts. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place. The entire experience was great.

19/06/2026: Absolutely THE BEST homemade French food made from scratch. If you are looking for small portions this is not the place. Everything that is available is written on a small tabletop chalk board and erased when limited quantity is ordered and consumed. The Chef goes to local market on Mondays and purchases what his back yard does not grow. He waits the table, prepares the food and serves it, and is the cashier. Save room for his dessert array, unbelievably an indulgence. Admire his art that is displayed in his living and dining rooms that is also where the guests eat. Locals flock with their Tupperware for take away meals. The 34 local bus from Chessy drops you right in front of the restaurant! Plan to walk home to burn the calories consumed!!!! In a week staying at the Marriott Vacation Club, I eat lunch and dinner there as much as I can because the quality, quantity, and inexpensive total bill make it #1 authentic French restaurant in Paris for me.

29/07/2026: Appalling. In the morning, at breakfast, when the weather is beautiful, you can only admire the terrace… but it’s impossible to sit down. The reason given? Air conditioning. A rather unbelievable excuse that mainly gives the impression that they don’t want to take the time to set the tables on the terrace. In the evening, the same scenario applies to the barbecue: the terrace is right there, but you still can’t enjoy it. This time, they tell you it’s “too hot” to eat outside, even though there are parasols, shade, and it’s not even a heatwave. I should point out, however, that this doesn’t apply to all the staff: some people are professional, welcoming, and do their jobs perfectly. On the other hand, if the terrace is never accessible to customers, it would be honest to state this on your website. This would prevent outsiders from making the trip thinking they can enjoy it. Ultimately, it's a real lack of consideration for customers and a huge disappointment.
