18/03/2024: Disappointing experience at Ange bakery I am sorry to have to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to the Ange bakery in Savigny le Temple. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unpleasant welcome and disappointing customer service. As soon as I arrived, I was confronted by a baker Liliana, whose attitude was far from welcoming. Not only did she speak in a disrespectful manner, but she interpreted every question I asked as a form of aggression. His responses were often accompanied by "I already told you" remarks that only made the situation worse. Additionally, I had been informed that I was entitled to a free pie for my birthday under the terms of my loyalty card. However, when I mentioned this promotion, the baker responded extremely coldly, saying I was not eligible, without even verifying my information. This attitude greatly tainted my experience as a loyal customer. Finally, to top it all off, the baker forgot to give me my receipt. I had to get up and move around to retrieve it, which was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. I sincerely wish I could continue to patronize this bakery, as I appreciate the quality of their products, but I cannot tolerate this level of arrogance and lack of professionalism. I hope this feedback will be taken into account by management to improve customer interactions and ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers in the future. Sincerely
