22/02/2026: Refusing to sell bread is surprising for a shopkeeper who is very disappointed with this bakery, which I've known for years, even before it was taken over by this baker.
No customer service whatsoever.

31/03/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience. The initiative is important, but some of the older volunteers clearly lacked respect for those receiving assistance, sometimes using hurtful and contemptuous language. When you come to help, it's with kindness or not at all. Fortunately, the younger volunteers, especially the students, are generally respectful and pleasant.
