01/07/2025: A very disappointing experience. The welcome was frosty, almost embarrassing. No effort was made to put customers at ease. The dishes, however, clearly lacked freshness. The flavors were questionable and the presentation was sloppy. You expect better when you go to a restaurant. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Avoid if you're looking for a minimum of quality and friendliness.

05/02/2026: February 2, 2026. I placed my order around 3 PM. Who thinks it's normal for a manager or director to tell an employee, "Just because you're disabled doesn't mean you can't get off your ass"? Avoid at all costs.

05/02/2026: I ate at this McDonald's, but they don't respect orders. When we asked for no salad, I went to see the manager, who made a gesture to rectify the mistake. The manager did his job well and respectfully. Don't hesitate to say so when there's a problem; it can happen, since we can only leave one review. It's February 5th at 3:15 PM (4 people in the restaurant). We were very well served; it was hot and pleasant to eat. The staff on duty that day was perfect. But why is it half cold when there are more people? Why such a difference? They should find a chain that keeps things warm like they used to, on warm shelves. But anyway, do your best to get better reviews. Best regards, a McDonald's fan
