The atmosphere is nice and the staff is great.
Just one small complaint: there wasn't enough meat, prawns, or chorizo in the paella.
And I was disappointed with the desserts; the apple tart was terrible and the pineapple wasn't ripe.

31/10/2025: This is by far the best place in Mont Saint Aignan if you're looking for variety and freshness in your meals.
This is my fourth visit (always the daily special), and I'm consistently surprised and delighted by the finesse of the preparation! It's simply delicious and, above all, excellent value for money, as long as you stick to the set menu.
The service is also very friendly and welcoming. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

22/11/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and make our visit enjoyable.
The room was clean, well-equipped, and very quiet, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
The restaurant is a real plus: the all-you-can-eat appetizers and desserts are generous and high-quality, offering a good selection to suit all tastes.
I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
