Arrival on 21/11, very good reception
Morning of 22/11 breakfast reserved the day before arrived in the room at 9:00 a.m. all the boxes of pastries and breads were empty. No cups available.
We had to wait 3/4 hours to get pastries and bread
At the price of breakfast this is unacceptable.
Concerning the room, the flushing is poor.
The shower joints show significant traces of mold.
Presence of snow in the aisles and parking lots but no snow plowed aisles to prevent customers from falling, the guard staff prefers to chat with their friend at reception.
